Birna Bjarnadóttir's a book of fragments is a collection of illustrated texts on life and literature. George Toles writes the foreword, and the illustration is by Cliff Eyland, Haraldur Jónsson and Guy Maddin. Cliff Eyland is the designer of the book.The illustrated fragments will be featured in the Nordic House from May 27 to June 13. The exhibition is part of the internatinal conference Art in Translation that will take place in the Nordic House and at the University of Iceland, May 27–29. A publication of the fragments is forthcoming.
