15Icelandic cultural projects received a grand from the Nordic Culture Fund in2011
In 2011 the Nordic Culture Fund has granted DKK 23,4 million to 232 intercultural projects working across the Nordic regional borders.
Each granted project involves as least three Nordic countries as either project leaders, participants and themes and this means that the Fund´s grants lead to at least 700 people, groups or organizations met or meet in 2011-2012 to work together on creating Nordic culture.
The Nordic Culture Fund support and promotes cultural projects in the Nordic region and in 2012 the Fund has ca. DKK 26,5 mio. for grants to applicants, who wish to cooperate on cultural projects in the Nordic region.
The Nordic Culture Fund has four deadlines every year with a limit of max. DKK 500,000 per application. First coming deadline is 1st February. Read more here about the conditions for applying.
