The diverse Nordic food culture is making a comeback - in the cold counters and in the best restaurants.
The Nordic governments want to make people take notice of the Nordic countries on the gourmet world map with New Nordic Food. The project works with the art of Nordic food prepared with pure and healthy ingredients and food from both agriculture and fisheries. One of the objectives is to offer people a diet that will help them achieve better health and quality of life.
