Discount card (8 tickets) - 6.500 ISK

Festival pass to all screenings - 8.000 ISK

Festival pass to all screenings for students and senior citizens: 6.800 ISK

Festival Passes: -give access to all screenings, lectures and masterclasses, not special events. -discount at the music festival Réttir and discount at the festival bar, Pósthúsið besides Austurvöllur.

Food on Film

Food on Film is a new category being presented to you in collaboration with Slow Food: a non-profit, eco-gastronomic member-supported organisation that was founded in 1989 to counteract fast food and fast life, the disappearance of local food traditions and people's dwindling interest in the food they eat, where it comes from, how it tastes and how our food choices affect the rest of the world. We will not only show films about food but also present our guests with some food-related happenings in cooperation with Dill restaurant in The Nordic House.

Cinema Bar

At the Cinema Bar -BÍÓ BARINN- you can buy a drink and popcorn. There we have the great exhibition "Precious things from Icelandic Films" which includes the "heavy knife" from The Raven Flies by Hrafn Gunnlaugsson. You can get your picture taken with the knife and upload it to facebook!

The furniture at the bar are from a charity second hand shop and are all for sale-check out the price it's a bargain.
At the bar we also have record player so you can also bring your vinyl records and share with others.
