Brazilian musicians Gustavo Tavares and Nelson Faria will be performing at the Nordic House on Tuesday the 2nd of April at 8 pm. Tickets are sold by the door. Ticket price is 2000 ISK / 1000 ISK for the elderly, students and disabled.

The band Nanook (GRL) plays at the Nordic House 31st of august. Nanook made their first official track together called "Inuup Tarraa", which means "Shadow of Man" and is a track produced for Christian's short film titled with the same name. http://www.myspace.com/nanooksite

Lunch-concert with band Silfurberg

Silfurberg consists of six members, a singer and five instrumentalists who have been playing together in various projects while studying at FÍH School of Music. This summer the band will play Nordic folk songs in their own arrangements all around Reykjavík. The arrangements will be in a nice, jazzy style so it should appeal to a broad audience. So be on the look-out and listen for Silfurberg this summer! They will play at the Nordic House th 30th of june at 12.00.
