Conferences and meetings

General information

The Nordic House can provide full facilities for meetings and conferences, all set in a splendid environment.

The top floor offers:

•    A large room/hall that accommodates 120 people seated—suitable for meetings, conferences, concerts, or film screenings.

•   The Alvar Aalto meeting room serves well for small meetings and group work.

The bottom floor offers:

•    Two large spaces suitable for receptions, presentations, exhibitions, meetings and conferences.

Dill restaurant offers an exciting selection of Nordic fare for groups. Catering is available for coffee breaks, lunch or dinner.

The Nordic House's meeting and conference facilities can accommodate smaller meetings and seminars as well as larger gatherings, for up to 120 people seated in a single room.  We strive to offer personal service and cater to the needs of each individual event.
The facilities and equipment can be arranged to suit the needs of each event. For example, we can have arrange seating in traditional rows, circles or semicircles. The Nordic House also offers a variety of equipment for rent in connection with conferences and meetings, including projectors, laptops, white boards, sound systems, microphones and other recording equipment, VCRs, slide projectors, and televisions.
